What is the water capacity of the exterior hot tub?
The capacity is in the range of 700 to 1600 liters, depending on the size of the hot tub. The most popular models we sell have a capacity of 1100 to 1300 liters.
Do exterior hot tubs use air or water jets?
Most products have a combination of these two methods, but they are primarily water jets. Water jets are of better quality and provide a better experience.
What is the average water temperature in an exterior hot tub?
Hot tub operate in the range of 26 to 40 degrees. It is not recommended to go below and above that range. The optimal temperature is 36-39 degrees.
Can hot tubs be installed on the terrace or the balcony?
Yes, they can be installed on a terrace or balcony, but it is necessary to check that the construction can support a hot tub with full water capacity.
How much time is it recommended to spend in a hot tub?
The recommended stay is 15 to 30 minutes.
Do we need to take a shower before entering the hot tub?
It is recommended that you do this because your skin contains natural oils, lotions and cosmetics products that can contaminate the water inside the hot tub.
How often should I drain a hot tub?
On average, it is enough to do this once every three or four months. If you have not used a hot tube for a long time (for example during the winter), then it is recommended to replace the water before using it again.
How often are the hot tubs filters cleaned?
Regularly do a visual inspection of the filter and check if it needs to be cleaned. Filter replacement is recommended every 12 to 18 months.
Can we add soap or shampoo to the water?
Do not add soap or shampoo to the hot tub. While this sounds tempting and fun, it can create problems with the hot tub maintenance.
